Dedicated Employee - Staffing - Customer Agreement
Dedicated-Employee.com and the Client will set up an agreement with the below structure :
RECITALS
The recitals will highlight the intention of both parties, mainly in providing dedicated employee(s) to the entire disposal of the client from local ressources to perform services as needed by the client as written in the job description. The job description is validated before the recrutement process starts.
AGREEMENT
The main agreement will state the definitions of terms used and lawfully applicable and the performance of both parties

- The main purpose of the agreement :
Bloom’in, trading as Dedicated Employee, will source and provide one or more employees
The hired employees will undertake the services on behalf of the client. In exchange, client will bear the cost including salaries, related overheads and management fees
Dedicated Employee undertakes the full payroll and administrative human ressources coverage on behalf of the client which includes and not limited to : recruitment, employment contract, employees registration, provision of desk, IT tools and internet, provide alternate employees,
- The client agrees to provide traning and guidance to the Employee to ensure that the Employees are able to perform the tasks required to fulfil the Job Description
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

FEES AND PAYMENT
There is NO recruitment fees.
Dedicated-Employee management fee is a comprehensive percentage of : employees salaries and overheads

Dedicated-Employee undertakes to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding the information and data to which it will have access as part of its mission on behalf of the Client.
